The G10 series TVs feature 40,000:1 Native Contrast ("2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast") and offer Panasonic's VIERACast for access to YouTube, Picasa, and Amazon Video-on-Demand without the need for a computer hooked up to your TV.  The 42-inch S1 series TV offers 30,000:! native contrast and does not include VIERACast, but when combined with the Blu-ray player you don't need it (because VIERACast is also in the Blu-ray player!).
