Aperion Audio Launches Early Black Friday Sale on Home Theater and Wireless Speakers

By Rachel Cericola

Aperion Audio is bringing three gifts to the holiday table this year, in the form of three different speaker deals. Of course, we are always thankful for bargains, but we are also thankful that there are companies still like Aperion out there.

Based out of Portland, Oregon, Aperion products are designed in the U.S.A. How many companies can still say that? Even better, they like to keep in touch with the customers, so everything is sold direct to the consumer. Need an order placed? That's Aperion. Customer service? They'd be very happy to talk to you.

Now is the time of year where you may be very happy to talk to them as well. The company just announced a few killer Black Friday speaker specials that are already available on their web site. From now through November 30, 2011, you can save on three extremely popular, extremely powerful Aperion speaker packages. Take a peek at everything that the company will have on sale:

Aperion Audio's Verus Forte Tower SD 5.1 speaker package.

The first set that's on sale is Aperion's Verus Forte Tower SD. Designed to deliver big sound to small- and medium-sized rooms, this package includes the Verus Forte Tower, the Verus Forte Center, Verus Forte Bookshelves, and the Bravus II 8D Subwoofer. This set is a lot like the Verus Grand, but smaller. We reviewed the Verus Forte 5.1 system back in the spring saying, "the cash you invest in a Verus Forte system is indeed money well spent." We were really struggling to find anything wrong with this stellar system, which is probably why it earned the coveted BIGGIE Award. Read more about this setup in our Aperion Verus Forte Center, Tower, Satellite 5.1 Speaker System Review. Also know that the set is available in both high gloss cherry wood or gloss piano black lacquer finish and it typically sells for $2239. However, during the sale period, you can save about $400. For something slightly more compact, there's the Intimus 5B Harmony SD speaker system. Designed to deliver auditorium-style sound in small and medium rooms, this popular set features Aperion's 5B bookshelf speakers for the fronts, the 5C vertical array center, the Intimus 4B satellite speakers for the surrounds, and a Bravus 8D subwoofer to fill out the set (and the sound!). Available in piano black with a 7-layer hand-rubbed lacquer finish, the Intimus 5B Harmony typically sells for $1699, but is currently on sale for $400 less. Check out Aperion's product page to find out more about the Intimus 5B Harmony SD speaker system:

Last, but certainly not least, is the Aperion Zona Wireless Speaker System. This setup may be a lot smaller than the other two, but it certainly packs a punch -- and a wireless one, at that. This pair of powered bookshelf speakers can play music from any PC or home theater from across the room or even elsewhere in the home, up to 150 feet away. There's no need to be tethered to a larger home theater setup or have a ton of wires. Normally available for $499, Aperion is currently knocking $100 off the cost of the Zona set. Use it to distribute sound to another room, or to provide rear channel information in a surround sound system without the need to run speaker wires across the room.  Find out more on the Zona product page:

All Aperion purchases include free shipping and free lifetime customer support. Also, the company throws in a free customer care kit, so you can actually take care of that speaker set once it's in the house. The sale ends on November 30, 2011; order by then and Aperion will get it to you with plenty of time for holiday gift-giving.
