Vizio recently announced a new 42" Plasma HDTV and 4 new LCD HDTVs in 46", 37", 32", and 20" sizes - all widescreen. Plus Vizio dealers like Circuit City, Geeks.com, Costco and Sam's Club are participating in aggressive sales that bring the cost of entry of HDTV down to be affordable by virtually everyone.

In addition to the big sale on B-Stock VIZIO televisions on Geeks.com (37-inch LCD for $679.99, 50-inch plasma for $1299.99), brand new models are available from $399 (Costco) for a 20-inch widescreen LCD model up to $1499.99 (Circuit City) for their new top-of-the-line 50-inch plasma HDTV with built-in ATSC tuner. And of course, what would a Black Friday sale be without a plasma HDTV for $999?

The Vizio brand continues to grow in product line, performance, reputation and market share, and this Thanksgiving weekend will help grow it even more. Note: actual pricing is set by retailers, therefore all pricing is subject to change.

Vizio's holiday line-up starting Black Friday includes:

• VX20LHDTV - (new) 20" LCD HDTV $399.99 @ Costco (everyday price)
• VX32LHDTV - (new) 32" LCD HDTV $699.99 @ Costco & Sam's (everyday price)
• VX37LHDTV - (new) 37" LCD HDTV $999.99 @ Costco & Sam's & BJ's (everyday price)
VP42HDTV - (new) 42" Plasma HDTV $999.99 @ Costco (1 day sale price)
• L42HDTV - 42" LCD HDTV $1199.99 @ Sam's (everyday price)
• GV42LHDTV - 42" LCD HDTV $1299.99 @ Costco & BJ's (everyday price)
• GV46LHDTV - (new) 46" LCD HDTV $1649.99 @ Sam's (everyday price)
• P50HDTV - 50" Plasma HDTV $1699.99 @ Sam's & BJ's (everyday price)
P50HDTV - $1499 after rebate and instant discount on CircuitCity.com (price valid on Thanksgiving day)

Vixio's 50-inch plasma HDTV is at Circuit City for $1499.99 this Thanksgiving weekend.
"Black Friday Week accounted for 25% of holiday TV sales in 2005, and Vizio's breakthrough prices may help enable an even higher figure in 2006," according to DisplaySearch president Ross Young. "DisplaySearch named Vizio the #1 42" LCD TV brand in North America in Q3'06 with a 32% share supported by its attractive pricing," Young added.

"Vizio's Flat TV sales, both Plasma and LCDTV, have been very successful throughout the entire year with their most recent mention as the top selling 32" on Quixel's Best Sellers List for Q3 2006," states Quixel Research Principal Tamaryn Pratt. "This winning run up to the holiday season has favorably positioned Vizio to capitalize on the significant product volume that historically begins on Black Friday weekend."

On the day after Thanksgiving, bargain-hunting home theater enthusiasts will be delighted to find VIZIO's 50" Plasma HDTV (P50HDTV) at Sam's Club and BJ's Wholesale for a new everyday price of just $1,699.99.

Circuit City shoppers will also find the P50HDTV at their local Circuit City store and online on CircuitCity.com. Circuit city is offering a Thanksgiving weekend exclusive $200 rebate taking the net price all the way down to $1499.99, with a unique "Order Online, Pick-Up in Store in 24 minutes" guarantee. Those who don't want to wait for delivery can pick up their order in their local Circuit City store. If it's not ready in 24 minutes, then customers get a $24 Circuit City gift card for their trouble.

VIZIO's dramatic price cuts continue at Costco's one-day only sale, where their 42" Plasma HDTVs (the P42HDTV and the new VP42HDTV) will break the $1,000 cost barrier with price tags of just $999.99. Costco will also premiere VIZIO's new 20" LCD HDTV at an everyday low price of just $399.99. The VX20LHDTV is one of VIZIO's new designs and could possibly be the lowest-priced flat panel 1080i/720p HDTV with ATSC tuner on the market.

Sam's Club member shoppers will find the stunning VIZIO Gallevia 46" LCD HDTV (GV46L) has dropped $350 to hit an all-time low of just $1,649.99 and the VIZIO 42" LCD HDTV (L42HDTV) drops $200 for a new everyday low price of $1,199.99.

Not to be outdone, Costco and BJ's Wholesale will offer America's #1 selling 42" LCD HDTV, the VIZIO Gallevia (GV42LHDTV) at a $200 savings, for a new everyday low price of just $1,299.99.

The #1 selling** LCD HDTV in America, VIZIO's 32" LCD HDTVs (L32HDTV and new VX32LHDTV) will continue to fly off the shelves at Costco and Sam's Club with an everyday $699.99 price. Costco, Sam's and BJ's offering the #1 selling 37" TV, VIZIO's 37" LCD HDTVs (L37HDTV & new VX37LHDTV) remain today's top selling performance bargains at just $999.99.
