Start the New Year (or at least the new month) with an entirely new HDTV and Blu-ray rig.  B&H Photo/Video is packaging up a pretty sweet wall-mountable Samsung Blu-ray player with an equally nice 50-inch HDTV, for $779.95.  That's about $480 below list and it beats most Black Friday deals by a mile.  Oh, and did we mention the free shipping??

Pick up this bundle while it lasts here:

The TV is Samsung's 50-inch PN50B430 plasma. It's a 720p display (1366x768 pixel native resolution), with a 2,000,000:1 Mega Dynamic Contrast, 600Hz motion technology, and three HDMI inputs. It also has two down-firing speakers, a swivel base and includes a desk stand.  It's a holiday model with a list price of $899.99.

Another thing the package includes: the BD-P4600 Blu-ray player. This one is a real beauty, featuring Samsung's own unique Touch of Color design. If looks mean nothing to you, the unit also has 1GB of internal flash memory and built in wireless connectivity (WiFi) with Netflix online streaming, so you can access DivX, MP3 and JPEG files from your local PC, from the USB drive in addition to streamking Netflix movies and watching films on DVD or Blu-ray Disc at full 1080p resolution.  The player normally sells for $349.95.

In case you aren't blinded by the beauty of the Blu-ray player, B&H is also selling the TV on its own for the nice price of $699 (but the bundle is definitely the better deal):
