Get ready to beam up some new content!

If you shelled out the cash for Star Trek: The Original Series Season One on Blu-ray, the sci-fi fun is far from over. CBS and Paramount just announced a slew of new content for buyers of the box set.

Brand new exclusive BD Live material will be posted on CBS-BDLive.com starting this week. Through your discs, you can access brand new bonus video, which includes roundtable discussions with special effects producers Mike and Denise Okuda, Dave Rossi and Neil Wray, as well as David Gerrold, Tribble inventor and writer of the fan-favorite "Trouble with Tribbles" episode. Each of the discussions will ask the experts for their take on the Season One Blu-ray, as well as what they are expecting from Season Two.

CBS and Paramount also say that "a Tribble extravaganza" is coming with the Season Two Blu-ray release. Want to find out more? You’ll have to pop in your discs and check back for new content in the coming weeks.
