At just $99, the Nook Simple Touch offers an easy and affordable way to take all of your books on the go. This model features the E Ink display and Best-Text, which promises fast, easy reading -- even in the sun! It also allows users to explore over 2.5 million books through the Nook store or your public library. All of them are easy to snag through the device's built-in Wi-Fi support. This model also boasts some long battery life. According to B&N, you can ready for up to 2 months (1 hour a day) before you need to charge it up!
If you want to step things up, there's the $199 Nook Color. Obviously, the biggest bonus on this is that it has color, with the 7-inch VividView touchscreen. Besides all of the same books, magazines and other titles available, this one also adds in apps, such as Angry Birds and other games, music, and much more. It also allows you to check email and access video on the go. According to B&N, this one will soon add services like Netflix and Hulu Plus, as well as Nook Comics, so it's a nice investment!
