Black Friday Video Game Deal: Sony PS3 (PlayStation 3) Family Bundle: $299 (Save $70)

By Rachel Cericola

We love the holiday family get-togethers. It's the perfect time for a video game grudge match! If you don't have the proper equipment, Amazon is currently offering a great deal on the PlayStation 3.

Right now, you can snag a 160GB PS3 Family Bundle for just $299. This includes the the super-slim PlayStation 3, which features a 160GB hard drive, built-in W-Fi, and two USB ports. When you aren't gaming, you can also use the PS3 to play Blu-rays, as well as Blu-ray 3D titles -- assuming you have a 3D TV and 3D glasses.

While that price may not seem all that special, this is for the Family Pack, which means there are plenty of add-ons included. That way, you can be beating grandma in games within minutes. How's that for quality time with the family?

This particular kit comes with a DualShock 3 wireless controller, which features a detachable USB charge cable. There's also a copy of Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, a PlayStation exclusive. The set also comes with two wired SingStar microphones, which can be used with the included SingStar Dance, another exclusive. Last, but not least, you'll also score a free PlayStation Network membership and access to Netflix (although you'll need to pay for that).

Right now, Amazon is offering the whole Family Bundle for $299.99, which is 19 percent off the list price. Act quickly though; there's no word on how long this deal will last, but we can guarantee that they will pull the price once the retailer runs out of stock.
