Ian White is the brainchild behind Wired Daddy - a web site dedicated to papas around the world who are crazy about gadgets as varied as iPods and high-end turntables, single-driver loudspeakers and single-ended triode amplifiers.

From 1999 to 2001, Ian was a regular monthly contributor to SoundStage!, and was a regular monthly contributor to Enjoy The Music from 2001 to 2005 before launching American Wired in 2006.

Some 5,000 films later, he is still reeling from one six-pack too many of Boylan's Creamy Red while fighting for a place in line to see The Dukes of Hazzard. As if Revenge of the Sith was not torture enough.
