It looks like Amazon is clearing house. In order to make room for Samsung's 2010 products, they are offering two of last year's greatest LED HDTVs from Samsung's B8000 series, the UN46B8000 and the UN55B8000, at bargain basement pricing. Here are links to both HDTVs:

If they run out of stock, our affiliate partner B&H Photo in New York City is offering the 46-inch version for $1895 with free shipping.  Here's the link:

Both TVs are pretty similar, except for the obvious -- the UN46B8000 is a 46-inch HDTV, while the UN55B8000 sports 55 inches.

Otherwise, each unit has a full HD 1080p resolution, as well as super-sharp images via Auto Motion Plus 240Hz technology. Other features include a 5,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, four HDMI inputs, a detachable swivel table stand, and 2GB of built-in content, such as photos, workout routines, recipes and more. Also, since they are both LEDs, each HDTV uses a little less energy than most LCD TVs. That should make you feel good about having your eyes glued to it so much.

And yes -- you will be glued. Because if American Idol and sporting events don't get you, the Internet@TV online content service certainly will. Both units have support for Samsung's exclusive service, which offers content from Blockbuster On Demand, Yahoo!, Flickr, YouTube, and other partners, directly on your HDTV.

Just a quick note: Amazon is listing Samsung's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) for each of the HDTVs. Just add the product to your shopping cart and click through to get the final price. Rest assured though, it will be there before you finalize your order!
