Black Friday 2009 Hits WalMart Early (11/7) with HDTV Deals

VIZIO's 55-inch VF550M 1080p 120Hz LCD TV is available now from WalMart.com for under $1500.

Beginning this Saturday November 7 at 8:00 AM, WalMart will have its first of many special electronics savings events to run through the end of the year, which includes a week of amazing prices on electronics items at stores through Nov. 13. 

Items for this in-store event include: 

• HP Notebook Computer - 3GB memory, 160GB hard drive, Windows 7 Premium - $298
• Sharp 1080p HDTVs - 42" model for $498, 46" model for $698 (120 Hz), 52" model for $898 (120 Hz)
• Panasonic 46" 1080p plasma HDTV for $788
• Xbox 360 Arcade Console $199 with $100 Walmart Gift Card (for use on future purchases; minimum store quantities are at least 10 per store)
• Sony Blu-ray Disc player with DVD upconversion (model #BDP-S360) - $148
• Magnavox Upconvert DVD player (model #DP170MGXF, 1080p) - $29 

NOTE: Online shoppers will want to check out the deals on Amazon on 11/7 - the Gold Box has a 32-inch Sony HDTV for $399, a 46-inch Toshiba HDTV for $788, $100 off the XBOX 360 Arcade and other great time-limited deals.
