There are multiple HDMI switches available for under $100 that have IR switching and can be programmed into a Harmony. I use an Oppo HM-31 and a monoprice 4-port HDMI 1.3b certified switch. The monoprice switch is around $30. You can find it here:

Pick up some HDMI cables while you're at it (also cheap!). Unfortunately BPBS is not a monoprice affiliate so we can't make a referral fee on the purchase like we do on Amazon and other sites, but the monoprice stuff works pretty well and you can't beat the prices, so I still recommend them.
