Actually your best bet with those two components is to use HDMI and set the player to decode internally to multi-channel PCM. The 674 supports multi-channel PCM signals over HDMI.

If you select "bitstream" mode on the player instead then you will probably still be OK but Dolby TrueHD tracks will only come through in standard Dolby Digital (lossy) format as will DTS-HD tracks. In PCM mode (using an HDMI connection), the player will internally decode Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD High Resolution tracks to multi-channel PCM signals with no loss and it will output multi-channel PCM soundtracks over HDMI exactly as is (as multi-channel PCM).

Unfortunately the BD10A does not include internal decoding of DTS-HD Master Audio so really the only way to support that fully would be to upgrade your receiver to one that decodes DTS-HD MA over HDMI and use "bitstream" mode on the player (the 674 does not suipport this).

    Regards,
