I think you're looking for "Female on the Beach" (1955?), which has apparently not been released on DVD. Here are a couple of links you might find useful, though:

• TCM (Turner Classic Movies) database entry for "Female on the Beach." <-- this one has a link to vote to release this on DVD. Apparently this film is #71 on the list of films that people want released on DVD.

Your best bet might be to keep your eyes peeled on the cable movie channels (or on a Tivo guide) to see when it's on, and tape a copy on your DVR, assuming you have a DVR.

That's too bad, we could certainly use some more classics on BD. I'm glad to see that The Wizard of Oz is finally coming this year. If Warner doesn't load it down with heavy-handed DNR like they did with Amadeus nd a lot of their other titles, that ought to look fantastic.
