No Audio on Transformers ROTF through RCA Surround System (DTS-HD)

Can any one help??? I own a RCA surround sound and have a sony blu ray player. The surround sound is amazing, but won't work with all blu ray movies. I just bought the new part 2 Transformer movie but the audio won't work on my surround sound, I'm stuck with using the audio of my tv. What emy doing wrong or what do i have to do to make my surround sound work with this particular movie. Dark Knight works wonders with audio on my surround sound, but again NOT all blu ray movies work on my surround sound. Please help.............any advise/suggestions???????????/

    We need more information.
What are the model numbers of your RCA Surround Sound?
What Sony Blu-ray player do you have?
When you start your movie do you pre-select the sound option that is on the disk ie. DTS, Dolby etc.?

As Don mentioned, giving us the actual model numbers would help to debug the problem. But I suspect your RCA surround system lacks a DTS decoder. If this is the case, then you should go into your Blu-ray player's set-up menu and set your digital output for DTS sound to "PCM" mode instead of "bitstream." The exact setting varies depending on your player.

Let us know what gear you have and we may be able to make more specific recommendations.
