This omnidirectional speaker promises 360 degrees of crisp audio for every direction, no matter where it's positioned. This is accomplished through Samsung's "Ring Radiator" technology, which boasts balanced room-filling sound.
To help it squeeze into virtually any space, the R7 features wireless connectivity, and of course, 360 degrees of omnidirectional sound. Those are some nice perks, if you're looking to tuck this speaker out of the way. Then again, that cool, oval design may be something that you want to display proudly.
Also worth mentioning is that the R7 works with Samsung's new Multiroom App 2.0, so you can share music across multiple devices in the home. That's something to consider, since the R7 can be paired with one of Samsung's TVs, soundbars or mobile devices. (Compatibility will vary, based on the device.) Available for Android and iOS devices, the app also has a new interface with a new central wheel dial, custom queue lists, and more.

Samsung will start selling the Wireless Audio Radiant 360 R7 speaker this month, with an MSRP of $499.99.
