Samsung 75-inch Ultra HD 4K HDR TV With Quantum Dots Now Under $3700 (UN75KS9000)

By Rachel Cericola

Since 2015, Samsung Electronics has been putting out a different type of UHD TV, known as the SUHD TV. If you've been waiting and wondering about these sets, know that now may be the time to actually experience one.

The company just released its third generation of SUHD TVs, which means you may be able to find some of the older models at a discount. We just spotted a great deal on Samsung's 75-inch UN75KS9000 4K SUHD TV on Amazon. This 75-incher first debuted around this time last year, with an MSRP of $6,499.99. However, for a limited time, Amazon is discounting this set down to $3,673.94, which includes free shipping.

The hook on these 4K TV sets is that each one features a cadmium-free 10-bit Quantum Dot Display, as well as high dynamic range (HDR) with a 1,000 nit HDR minimum, which boasts a higher level of contrast between light and dark images. Find out more about these TVs on Amazon's product page:

Other image perks on this set include Ultra Black and Precision Black for deeper, richer black levels, Supreme Motion Rate 240 to project fast-moving action and sports, and Supreme UHD Dimming for multi-zone color and contrast.

This set also has the 2016 version of Samsung's Smart Hub, which provides easy, on-screen access to a variety of streaming services, live TV, and apps -- and all from the included remote control.

Just know that when buying this TV, you should look for the seller that's fulfilled by Amazon. This is the one offering the lowest price and the free shipping. There's no word on how long this model will be offered at this price, but Samsung still has it listed for the original MSRP -- so you'd better move on it!
