As to what this TV can do, in addition to impressing everyone with its enormous 6-foot+ diagonal screen, it's a full HD 1080p screen with a 120 Hz LCD panel. Samsung's Clear Motion Rate (CMR) processing uses backlight blinking to give the set an equivalent refresh rate to a 240 Hz panel (CMR 240) for clear moving images. It also includes Samsung's Smart Hub on-board for access to dozens of streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, VUDU, Hulu Plus and many more.
There are four HDMI ports on board as well as connections for older devices via composite or component video. There's also built-in WiFi so you won't have to run a network cable to the TV in order to use the streaming apps and built-in web browser.
