HDTV Deal: Sony 52-inch KDL-52NX800 1080p BRAVIA LED HDTV: $1520 Shipped

By Rachel Cericola

The holiday shopping season has officially begun! We know it's a little early this year, but really, is it ever too early to save on a giant HDTV?

If that answer is obvious, you might want to take a peek at what Sears has to offer. The retailer just announced a great deal on Sony's 52-inch KDL-52NX800 BRAVIA LED HDTV. From now through November 13, 2010, they are offering the set for $1599.99 shipped. However, if you add the exclusive affiliate coupon code AFF5POFF at checkout, you will score another 5 percent off that purchase price. Take a peek at the HDTV here:

Do NOT forget to add that code at checkout in order to get the lower price. Without it, it's still a nice price on a very nice HDTV. Aside from a full 1080p HD image, the KDL-52NX800 boasts an Edge LED backghlit with monolithic design, as well as the Motionflow 240Hz refresh rate and the BRAVIA Engine 3 processor.

This set also has built-in Wi-Fi, which means you won't need an adapter to attach it to your home's wireless network. That access certainly comes in handy when streaming Netflix, YouTube, Slacker, and other services from the BRAVIA Internet Video and BRAVIA Internet Widgets features.

Other highlights include 24p True Cinema technology, LightSensor for the best backlighting, and four HDMI ports.

If you need something a little smaller (or larger!), Sears will also be offering deals on all Sony TVs from 37 inches and up. This sale will run from November 7 through the 13th. Take a peek at some of the models here:
